What happens if my inspection system does fail?

We offer you a fast and reliable service. Should your system ever malfunction, our team is available immediately. With a 48-hour express repair and the option of receiving replacement devices or rental components, we ensure that you have almost no downtime. Your broken system or the respective individual part will be picked up by us immediately if necessary so that repairs can be carried out as quickly as possible.

 

How quickly will my fitters learn how to use the sliding systems?

Operation is so intuitive that even less experienced employees can quickly work productively with it. It usually only takes around 60 minutes to familiarise yourself with the hardware and software.

 

Can I customise the inspection system to my specific requirements?

Yes, our systems are modular and offer you the option of combining components that perfectly suit your needs. With 36 systems and 544 possible combinations, you can also expand or remodel your equipment at any time.

 

How do the devices remain state of the art?

All our new products, such as camera heads or software adaptations, are always backwards compatible. This means you can mix existing “older” components with the new ones. This means you are never forced to replace your still-functioning systems with more modern generations, but remain flexible.
